We develop the specialized skills and knowledge needed in economic modeling, data analytics, econometrics, forecasting, and micro- and macroeconomics. Our approach integrates tools and frameworks with industry and government issues, complemented by applied coursework in commodity markets, pricing, and contemporary issues and responses in food systems. We offer online certificates that students can earn en route to, or in lieu of, the 30-credit master’s degree. Our certificates are listed on transcripts.

We encourage applicants to submit their complete applications, including supplemental materials, early to allow time for processing. International applicants must be accepted by the Graduate School no later than May 15 for fall and October 15 for spring.
